The house got 2 floors and 350m2 with 20 beds. With all itīs old charm still in place, as high ceiling, rustic atmosphere and beautiful wood flooring, the house got everything to offer You a satisfactory stay.   Ground floor The ground floor consist of the following rooms: Entrance with cloakroom/bagageroom. Two nice livingrooms of which one got an old nice tile stove. One large kitchen with wood stove and all modern conveniences as fridge, freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher. One large dining room next to the kitchen. One large bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine. One "officeroom" to use if You get to many on the upper floor or if You need som sort of conference room. See plan drawings » Upper floor The upper floor got a very good design with a large livingroom and 7-8 nice bedrooms. 3 beedrooms got an exit to the balcony. See plan drawings » The garden On the 6000m2 large and leafy garden with itīs green grasslawns and itīs own little "forest" itīs just great for wonderful summerplays and late summer evenings at the outdoor grill. In the "Red house" you will find a sauna with a dressing room and a outdoor shower Activities in the neighbourhood In the neighbourhood You find the very nice beach Långasand with itīs very nice baths. You can also find several riding places so You can try Your skills on the horseback. The nice fishing that Halland got to offer is also worth mentioning. The golf courses in the neighbourhood all got high standards even if courses like Tylösand and Varberg are especially good.
